Hafiz Ahmed Raza Qadri — World Renowned Sufi Singer & Nasheed Artist — was born on July 21, 1990 in Lahore, Pakistan.
Family
He comes from a deeply religious family devoted to Islam. His father was an Electric Engineer and his mother holds great command over the Arabic language. He has two younger sisters. His grandfather, Sheikh Siddique Chishti (R.A), was one of the most famous Naat reciters, and this spiritual legacy played a major role in shaping his path.
Early Life
From a very young age, Ahmed Raza showed a strong inclination towards Naat Khawani. His first naat, “Ya Muhammad me Kehta rha,” was memorized under the guidance of his mother. Besides being Hafiz e Quran, he was academically bright and actively participated in naat competitions, winning first prize on numerous occasions during his educational career. He also represented his institutions in national competitions across Pakistan.
Professional Career
An internationally recognised Sufi Artist, Naat Reciter & composer from Pakistan with more than 15 years of professional experience, he has performed in 12+ countries, released more than 10 albums and 50–70 original na'ats and nasheeds, and inspired millions through his voice and commitment to Islamic values. He has been associated with Manchester Naat Association Community Interest Company, United Kingdom since 2015 and continues to be an active member of the Alliance of Muslim Artists (AMA).
He is known for his mesmerising voice and unique style of recitation, through which he expresses his love for the Holy Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H), influencing the hearts of many people — especially youth — across the world. Additionally, he has often been complimented for his great sense of dressing and versatile personality.
